How it works

1

Shop like you always do

Snap the receipt, paste the order or scan a barcode. That’s the counting done for the week.

2

See the week

One number, like a bank balance: what you bought against what you burn. Protein, fibre and vitamins come with it.

3

Eat freely

No meal logging. Eat what you fancy from what you bought. Out for dinner? Add it in a tap.

4

Close the week

Thirty seconds on the last day: what’s left, a weigh-in if you like, and how it went.

Why it works

Your body settles up weekly, not at midnight.

A big Saturday isn’t a failure. It’s a bigger slice of the week, with six days to balance it. No day’s ever “ruined”, so nobody writes off the week.

  • Your burn learns you. Weigh in at the end of the week and the maths corrects itself to you, not a formula.
  • A whole house, one shop. Share the pantry, keep your own numbers. Nobody sees your weight.
  • Vitamins for free. The shop already knew. Iron, calcium, vitamin D and the rest, every week.
  • No ads, no feed. Nothing to scroll and nobody watching what you ate.

Questions

Do I have to log my meals?

No. You log the shop once, when it comes in. Food from outside the shop (a meal out, a coffee) is one tap.

What if I live with other people?

The pantry is shared and split by what each of you needs. Everyone keeps their own numbers, and nobody sees anyone else's weight or goal.

Where do the numbers come from?

Real labels first: the product's own nutrition panel, then the national food tables. Anything we've guessed is marked as a guess.

What does the app count as eaten?

What came into the house, as bought. Binned food comes off. A meal out goes on when you add it.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your body details are only used to work out your numbers, never shared, and you can download or delete everything from Settings.

How do I cancel?

Settings, then Membership. On the phone it's your App Store or Google Play subscription. Your account stays until you delete it.
